War Room Location
The War Room is a subforum of the "Private" part of Modhalo.net. It is hidden to all but Administrators, Moderators, and Honor Guards. Honor Guards have been given permission to see this room because on past forums they participated either in being a Moderator, or Phil just trusts them to have helpful insight in situations. The War Room is a place for the higher ups to talk about the lower ranks and make decisions about the fate of unruly members outside of the PM system. The name and description of the War Room was named after a subforum by the same name back in 2004 on our "parent" site Halo-Mods.com. There are few members who know what the War Room is much less that it exists. Mention it and they suddenly get curious. It's important not to talk to them about the contents of War Room because what goes on in there is a privilege to have access to.
